The cold shivers...

... Man! I am so having them right now. They are not because of cold weather. We are having summers here. I am talking about the ones you get when you scratch something or when you drag a sharp thing on a metal surface. I just accidentally scratched a fabric with my nail. And now I am having waves after waves of cold shivers. Like my blood is running cold. Ugh! I am hating it!!! Do you experience it too? What things make you feel like that? (Photo by Pixabay)

It gave me cold shivers reading about it! Chalk on blackboard sometimes squeaks and I don't like that either.

Blackboard and chalk at the wrong angle here too... I know someone who gets them when handling clean glasses fresh out of the dishwasher, or so he says...

A sharp nail being dragged on rough floor. It creates sparks too. Sand rubbed on metal surface.

@hora_fugit sharp nail I can relate to. I don't think I have experienced the second one though. And I don't want to either.

Scratching chalk on a blackboard or rubbing a balloon are two of the ickiest sounds to give you shivers.

I get those sometimes at night Right now I am freezing because I'm the only one in the house that gets cold easily and the central air, even set on 80 freezes me out.

Things may momentarily get on my nerves, but not to the extent of giving me cold shivers.
