Well, it’s official I’m SENILE
….. it’s the only explanation
This past Christmas Eve there was a full moon, a rare sight that happens rarely, the last one was in 1977 and the next one will be in 2034
I actually got lucky and got photos of the one in 2015. Do you remember Christmas 1977? Did you pay attention to the moons phase? I wish I had.

@rebelann [Smacking myself on the forehead]. Yes, I AM senile. I am just getting that you were making the point about a full moon ON Christmas. DUH
. I definitely do not remember when there was a full moon on any particular holiday . . . but on Halloween it would be very cool (if it ever did happen)!

I'm assuming I'm senile right out of the gate so I don't even worry about stuff like this.

@rebelann The great thing about being senile is that you can say or do whatever you feel like and then claim you don't remember a thing.

Nope, I do not remember this or any other. I should. I should go moon watching much more often. I have plenty of sky to do it in.

I know what you mean, if not for the Web I wouldn't have thought to watch for moon phases.

yep, we usually do but the moon isn't always full on Christmas Eve ..... or for that matter Halloween.
