Yay! I finally went jogging this morning

I have not been going jogging for more than a year. This morning, I left my baby to my husband after nursing him at around 7am. Though I didn't sleep since 2am, I still felt fresh jogging in the park. There were already some people jogging or exercising in the park. I really enjoyed jogging in the park this morning. It was cooling and refreshing. Moreover, it seems like I have not been having alone time for quite long. Sometimes it's nice that I just go on my own without holding or carrying my child. I hope I can go jogging at least 4 days a week, and hope I will be healthier. What exercise have you been doing lately?

I'm glad that you were able to go jogging. I can't say that I do a lot of exercise. I should though. It's just not always easy. I do walk a lot though, so I guess that makes up for the jogging and such, in some ways.

I always think walking is a good exercise. I used to bring my children to the park and walk every morning, for about two hours, including their playing time. I think I felt healthier during that time. I should start doing that again. I am planning to bring my children to the park after I come back from jogging, if I am not too tired.

@kaka135 Hopefully you get a chance to do that. I should take my kids to the park more. I haven't been doing as often lately.

I used to jog quite alot, but now im so out of shape,walking fast gets me out of breath.Good luck to you.

Thanks. I am never a sporty person, but ever since I have my children, I think it's more important for me to take good care of my health, so I can take care of them, hence I started to exercise slightly more. Hope you will always have good health!

Ive been picking up my new nanny's mess all over the place. I do that in the morning too before i drink my coffee to avoid having a bad day. Im glad that youre getting back into shape now after having a baby.

I am doing that everyday too. That's considered some good exercise as well. I am still finding the balance now, but slowly I will go back to my normal state soon.

Yes, that's really a nice personal time, and healthy too, though I want to quickly finish jogging and go home as soon as possible, in case my baby is crying and needs to be nursed.

jogging and press up have always been my favorite. But for a long time, work has just taken it from me. yeah, is high time I moved back

That's good! Yes, I guess when we are busy with work or other stuffs, we tend to forget to exercise or take good care of our health. Hope you will meet your "favorite friends" again soon!

Wow i wanted to go jogging today also, but it's so hot, i mean i can't resist such weather. I guess i will go at the evening, but i always prefer company haha. I feel dull running alone in the park. As for exercises, 3 to 5 times out in the week playing some football with friends, and mostly cycling on long distances.

I think it's really fun to play football together with friends. I can imagine the dullness you mean by being alone, I used to think that when I was younger. But now, I enjoy some alone time sometimes. Do you go cycling with your friends as well? It's always very hot here as well, as I am staying in tropical country. That's why it's really nice to go jogging in the morning when the sun just comes out, like 7 o'clock, it's still cool outside.
