Hooters!?

So went to Hooters to eat last night like we do every year at the beach when we go shopping. Let's just say Hooters is going down hill fast up here. Every year it seems to get worse and worse. The waitress we had last night was strung out on something. Her eyrs were red, she couldn't keep them open, she had a slow reaction to everything, not to mention kept forgetting about us, and messing up the orders. I can understand if they were busy but last night there was a total of about 12 tables in there being used. First she kept bringing the wrong drinks for everyone. She refilled the drinks about 6 times and all 6 times she brought me & the women with us something different. She brought the wrong food to the table for three of the people with us. She messed up the bills and gave us someone else's check. She kept leaning over our plates and even knocked over our drinks multiple times. She did not receive a good tip from any of us. Each time we go the service just keeps getting worse and worse. Plus the outfits for me are not cute. If I am going to a place like Hooters than I want to see some actually Hooters. I don't mind seeing a bigger woman in that uniform if ahe has something to look at. I know that must sound bad but come on the place is called Hooters and they are known for the skimpy outfit and their Hooters. Not to mention the food sucks as well. I prefer the Tilted Kilt over Hooters but it was shut down last year. Do you like Hooters or prefer some where else?
