Mail From the Philippines

I received mail yesterday from @rebel_woman06 at my new address. It's the first mail I've received here and I'm totally excited by not one but two pictures in the envelope.
What I found interesting about the envelope was there weren't any stamps. So I'm assuming the Philippines does not need to use stamps on their envelopes. Another thing I found interesting was the date it was sent - July 27. It took 9 days for her letter with the beautiful pictures inside to reach me. Totally awesome.
I'm ready to send out more postcards if any of you want to receive any from me. Just PM me.
Thanks for reading.

So I got it wrong at my other comment, Ms. LT. I stand corrected now - it's Ms. Valerie, not Janet hahaha!

Strange. I would have to assume that there would have to be some kind of postal stamp on them. It is going from one country to another. I can see 9 days as average. Unless that letter was put into your mailbox by someone. I think that whole no stamp thing is just very odd.

Mail can be strange with delivery times, 9 days I would imagine is reasonable from the Philippines. I don't recall them not having to not use stamps that is also interesting.
So I been missing for a little bit, I didn't know you were moving, I hope the move was a good thing for you..

That would be normal. It has a postal mark on it, which is all they need in the Philippines from what was said by @rebel_woman06.
