The Bread who would be King...I mean Cobbler

I had some leftover peaches, so I decided to make a loaf of peach pecan cinnamon bread. An hour later, the aroma was lovely, the bread all brown and crispy. In my hungry impatience to have a taste, I turned over the loaf pan, only to see 1/3 of it stuck to the bottom. Well. If the Bread refused to be bread, by golly, I'll make it peach cobbler. Can't wait to have some "cobbler" with vanilla ice cream.

Didn't you grease and flour the pan?

i greased it and had no problem last time I made banana bread, but i think I was too impatient to let it cool enough.
