Good afternoon folks.A bit late here.Had to have blood drawn and got a shot today.The count down to 8.7 pretty low.
Are you a card player,Polka,Bridge,Kitty Whiz
At one time or another used to play all of this.
But polka still stays with me.I love a good polka game.
We normally play nickel and dimes.Big pot.At times it could be.
It is a friendly game with us.Normally six players.
We meet once a month.
What kind of card playing to you do.Share it with us.

Holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas are usually set aside for game time – cards, Scrabble, etc. If I go near my laptop, I'll get dirty looks from family members.

Bridge, something that crosses over water !
My mother played in several bridge groups. My father and mother paid in groups, they played with friends...I never did understand the game - or the phrases LOL. I play solitaire online.

Growing up I played all kinds of card games including pinochle, rummy, poker and spades. There was no internet and TV was limited

I've never played any of those. In fact, the last time I played cards was in Vegas in 1999. We went for New Years Eve.

I have never known how to play any card games. The only ones I played as a kid were Slap Jack, Old Maid, and Go Fish. I was playing Go Fish a few years ago with my nephew and he had to reteach me the game because I couldn't even remember the rules because I hadn't played it in years.

I've only played poker a couple times, not often. Mostly I played Hearts, Spades, Pinochle, and solitaire.
