Has Michael Phelps given up swimming and the Olympics for good?

Michael Phelps said that Rio is his last Olympics. In the past he had said he will not be competing anymore and yet he came back to swimming and the Olympics. I think after taking a break for a bit he will get that itch again to get back into the pool and compete and will return to the Olympic games.
Do you think he has given up swimming in the Olympics for good? Or do you think he will come back again in no time?

Yes I do think he is finished. He did what he wanted to accomplish, there isn't much else for him to do. Now that he is a father he needs to find a 'job' and take care of his family.

In an interview the other day, Ryan Lochte said he was sure Phelps is coming back for the next Olympics. But who knows for sure.
