Sitting On Pins And Needles.

I am still waiting on the Financial Aid for my online classes. I got an email from them yesterday needing the second page to one of the forms I sent. I notified my admissions counselor and let her know that I had already sent that to her. She looked, found it and sent it on to the Financial Aid department. All that was on the page was my signature so I hope it doesn't put me too far behind. Classes start on the 22nd and I have to be registered by noon on Saturday. I am on pins and needles waiting. I pray that I find out something today.
Thanks to some friends on myLot, I am slowly adding to my postcard collection. I now have 3 and they are all so lovely. You can see them in the above picture. The postcards are from @crazyhorseladycx , @carmelanirel, and @just4him. Now I need to reciprocate and send some out this week. This is so much fun!
I woke up this morning to some much needed rain. I hope it does this all day long. I need a relaxing day and the rain always soothes my soul. The rain is supposed to be the start of some much cooler weather according to the weatherman last night. I'm not sure what his definition of cooler weather is but I am looking forward to it.

oh dear, i sure hope that'cha get approved, hon. if'n not, don't give'p - try 'gain next semester. the stress 'f such'd wear me out, lol.
aint this card-crossin' great fun? i think i've a need to put mine'n protective covers coz i read 'em all several times a day. takin' great delight'n those handwritten words 'n beautiful pics folks're kind 'nough to send :)
glad to hear yer gettin' some rain. sure wish we could cabbage 'nto some here, but 't aint lookin' too promisin'. i'd hoped fer a few good rains 'fore autumn, give the pastures time to recuperate prior to winters arrival.

@crazyhorseladycx I found out that they will be working some today so I am still trying to be hopeful. Last night I realized that the next semester starts in October so I could always go then.

Being a California girl, rain in summer always seems odd to me. Enjoy the wet, we still could use some.

Well I hope you hear something soon so you can start your classes. I had to go thru that when I went to college also. We haven't had rain in a few days but we could use some as it's so dry here and the grass and everything is brown. Please send some our way

@Blondie2222 I hope you do get rain on Sunday. It is raining right now but only light rain. It's supposed to storm this afternoon and then cooler weather for a couple of days.
