I wish I can buy more books

I accidentally bumped into a book called "Rachel's Day in the Garden". It looks like a good yoga picture book for kids. I went to book depository website to check out the price. Then, I found other children's books as well.
There are really many good books I would like to buy, but I do not think I can afford to buy them all. I can just choose to buy very few of them. How I wish I can buy any books that I want. I can give up buying new clothes, shoes or bags, but I would just like to buy the books I like.
What things do you wish you can just buy?
picture: These are the books I just bought from book depository lately.

I used to love to buy books. What I would do is wait until a book was not popular anymore and then buy it second hand on Amazon. What do I wish I would just buy? Lots of things. A kindle for one. And the rest is clothes and such for the kids.

@kaka135 .....I use the gift cards. Get the book for 0.01 and pay $3 for shipping. Can't beat that. Still have some left on the card for next time.

New books can be pretty expensive! We hit up used book stores all the time - some libraries have them, as well as second hand shops. Seriously, I would buy up all those books if I can!!! I love craft supplies, clothes, different foods, art supplies, house plants, furniture accessories . . . oh I love a lot of things and sometimes wish I could buy everything

Yes, craft supplies is another that I wish to buy too. I am running out of yarns now, and it's time for me to shop online. Glad that I have a China online shopping site that sells yarns at cheaper rate. It'd be very expensive to buy yarns locally.
I really need to check out what books there are in the library nearby, so the children can read some books there and not to buy too many.

@kaka135 Oh yes, the library is a great resource! We try to go there whenever possible, but still the kids like to have their own copy of these books - which sometimes we are lucky to find inexpensively used.
There are so many neat yarns available now!! I don't work with them, but I can see how enticing it would be for someone who does knit or crochet. Lots of pretty ones!!

Why not go to the library to borrow books? I often go to the libraries to borrow books with my son. Sometimes you will find that the borrowed books will make you read them. If you just buy them, sometimes the books will be ignored in the bookselves

I share your love for the books. One of my dreams is to have an own library at home, like a big room with many shelves full of books and a couch in the middle of the room where I could read them all. The problem is the money and the space.... So, I have to borrow some books from the public library and to resell some of my books I've bought.

I don't have any kids yet, but when I do - I am sure I will try to give up on clothes, shoes, bags. I hope you get to buy your children more books. :)

Can you join a library? Then we wouldn't have to buy so many books perhaps.
