Lace crafting is one of those crafts that need little more than some creative thought. There are so many things you can do that does not require more that an ability to glue or make a stitch or two. Lace can be added to a plain little tee-shirt for a toddler for a pretty feminine look. Or to the bottom of a pair of pants that are too short. What about adding lace to your curtain edges for that romantic look. Or to a pillow to dress it up. For all o you out there that think you need to be a creative genius to use lace, stop thinking that now and get busy adding your own touch to your projects to make them your own.

When I was about twelve there was a popular blouse I wanted so badly. It was called a 'angel blouse'. All it was was a plane blouse with lace on the sleeves and on the front. My mom got me one for my birthday. Lace makes things more feminine.

I'm about to start crocheting a pair of slippers using flip flop soles for the base. I'm not really into crafts but I know lots of people are.

@JudyEv how interesting. I have never seen flip flop soles on slippers. I would be interested to see how they turned out.
