On a lighter note....

Today I received an email from a friend of mine.... it was of two little digital postcards The first one said ... " spread love.., as thickly as you would Nutella " which made me smile and nod in agreement... and the second one was... ' If we're not meant to have midnight snacks..., why is there a light in the fridge' ?? This one made me smile and chuckle in agreement too... I like sending and receiving this sort of thing, I don't do it a lot... but it can brighten our days... when we receive this sort of thing, so long as we don't get so many they clog up our inbox. I hope it made you smile....

Gorgeous flowers! Things like that always seem to come when you need them the most, don't they? It always makes us smile and makes our day a little brighter.

Nice quotes, yes... But the picture I like best, the little florets each harbours a drop of nectar that tastes lovely and sweet when squeezed into your tongue... childhood memory!

@sueznewz2 just pluck one of the tiny florets in the head of that flower, gently squeeze it and the clear drop that hangs from the end that was stuck in the head of the flower is sweet, touch it to your tongue. Used to do it when we were kids.

These are great little sayings. Love the photo of the lantana. This has become a feral plant in parts of our state. It pops up everywhere. Did you know it is poisonous to stock?
