I defrosted some chicken thighs and roasted them in the oven with some "Flying Monkey Pepper" sprinkled over them (which is a mixture of coarse ground black pepper, dried lemon peel, and garlic granules).
I had a request to make some garlic alfredo Noodle Roni, so it seemed like a nice thing to pair with the chicken. I made some of the noodles and some sauteed kale to go on the side.

What kind of fish? It sounds like you had a delicious meal too.

Sounds like a really good meal. We don't have flying monkey pepper readily available here, but the mixture sounds familiar.

It's made by a company called Kitchen Witch Gourmet. I'm more familiar with their teas and bath products, but a member of my household purchased the pepper seasoning at a convention a few months ago. They also sell it on their website.
