My youngest daughter wanted waffles this morning. While homemade ones are better, I didn't have the energy to make them this morning while holding a baby (the other adults were either at work or still asleep). Fortunately I had a box of frozen gluten free waffles, so I was able to still pull it off. We had waffles with maple syrup, plus scrambled eggs with vegetables and cheese. Quite a hearty breakfast for a Sunday morning!

A very good and rich breakfast. We went out for breakfast yesterday morning. I had to empty our PO box at the post office and there is a nice place where to have breakfast just in front of it.
