And the results are in. 5 third place ribbons, 5 second place ribbons, 9 first place ribbons. Two entries did not place in the top three of their category. I am pleased. Pictures will be shared over the next week. My button artwork placed first and was front and center of the handicrafts. The overall points winner in quilting was awarded to me. Now I'll toot my horn and quietly slip away.

Your button artwork is truly an art piece. It is much more than a craf, however fine done it is. Congratulations, dear friend! I knew you´d do it!

Congratulations! From the pictures that you showed here, I had a pretty strong feeling that they'd place. And this button art, you made for a grandchild didn't you? I remember when you originally posted it.

On the weekend I asked my daughter if I could borrow it to enter in the fair. I knew it would at least attract attention.
