No sleep last night for either my hubby or I. Apparently I "snore"
and that keeps my husband awake. When the snoring wakes my hubby up, he wakes me up!!
I know I snore and I'm sure it wakes him up as he hears every thing. So, instead of getting up and laying down in the living room, he wakes me up by shaking me and then telling me how he "needs" sleep. Now this is coming from a man that couldn't sleep for weeks (not because of me) and because of his tossing and turning I didn't get sleep. Luckily, tomorrow is his day off..sleep in!!
We've discussed having separate bedrooms, but he says he wouldn't be able to NOT sleeping with me!!
But sleeping with me he does NOT get any sleep anyway!!
Do you snore? Does your partner snore? Do you sleep in separate bedrooms?
~Peace~

I have been told that I do snore when I am overly tired. My daughter snores terribly sometimes. All when we are real tired. Have you tired those nose strips that you put on and it is supposed to help the snoring? Terrible to sleep in separate rooms. Surely there is a remedy.

We did fine for the first 25 years. Then my husband started snoring and I'd get up, sleep on the couch and then it occured to me: why am I sleeping on the couch when we have two empty bedrooms? I started going to bed in there, finally moved my clothes in there and we've both slept much better ever since! PS It really hasn't impeded our date nights.
