Today I have a lady who is coming to see my house nad appraise it. We´ll see. Last week, another lady came and I did not like the price she sent. My mother´s house, that is next door to mine, sold quickly fot $300.000.000 chilean pesos. This lady was suggesting $250.000.000. I wouldn´t have minded so mind, except that she also sent me places to look at worse neighborhoods, with less garden and much less buildings for a little less. I am not going to give away my house as I have no need to do so. We will see what this lady has to say. And if I don´t sell it as I like it, I will spend my inheritance from my mother to bouy a small apartment to ret to students. I can even do that furnished with all the things I have in the second floor. We´ll see.
