Frustrations with Groceries

I may have mentioned awhile ago that I was po'd that my favourite yogurt was no longer available. Because of my digestive issues I need to eat a probiotic yogurt, and because of my weight and family history health issues, I should watch sugar and fat intake.
So I was eating Activia probiotic yogurt, 0% fat, strawberry. They stopped making it. Said it wasn't popular enough.
So I found Iago probiotic strawberry yogurt, 25% less sugar, lactose free (bonus). Welp, no longer available. I have switched to the squeeze bag yogurt which was produced for the purpose of making smoothies but it's still yogurt. It is Iago probiotic strawberry yogurt with stevia. It appears, however, to only be available in the squeeze bag. I could get the strawberry/banana in lactose free, 25% less sugar... except I don't really care for banana. As I said to the dairy guy in my grocery store... "You try to eat healthy..."
Now I was strolling through the aisles of the grocery store on Friday checking food prices because I will buy staples when they are on special. I grew up on Kraft peanut butter but now buy Skippy. I tried Kraft after having eaten Skippy and I don't much care for it anymore. To my surprise there was no Skippy on the grocery store shelves. My grocery store is no longer carrying this product. Time will tell if it is just my grocery store or if the product has been discontinued. I will have to check other stores for it.
Growing up I ate that peanut butter with Aylmer raspberry jam. That disappeared and I switched to Kraft. Well, that disappeared and now I buy Smuckers. I tried E.D. Smith but don't care for it.
So, not only are the prices of groceries growing astronomically, they are now discontinuing stuff left, right and centre. There are other items I've found no longer available, but the first 3 are the most recent and most annoying.
Are you having trouble finding your favourite grocery products?

Honestly, I don't think I've tried too many store brand products. It depends on the product, I guess. I should probably try the store brand cereals.... would save me some money. But I bought the store brand zip baggies and the darn things wouldn't seal so I returned them for a refund. My husband bought store brand dressing/mayo once and it tasted awful.

I haven't noticed products being discontinued but it is getting harder and harder to buy Australian products, especially in the processed fruits and vege lines. We should be growing all our own stuff but more and more we seem to be importing goods from overseas.

@marlina Is it possible it's been discontinued by the manufacturer? I was going to check other stores but if you're having trouble too then maybe it's ANOTHER item that's been discontinued. Why are all the things I like disappearing?

It is not good to go for packaged and processed foods. Better they make fresh at home.In India, most of the food will be prepared fresh. Of course, the facilities are also not there and people also evince little interest in it.
