The Weekend is Over

It was easier than last weekend. I am already getting booked up for the evenings for the week though.
Our phone suddenly has issues. Although I was able to get the phone to work directly off the router, I have to expect a service call tomorrow afternoon.
I know, there are others with worse issues all along.
I trimmed some bushes late this afternoon and we took the yard waste to the area where it will get burned, weather permitting.
I harvested some basil both here and at the garden. I have some purple basil vinegar steeping right now. I also brought home lemon grass and rosemary.
I hope to make some infused oils, vinegars, and maybe even some lemon grass infused honey. Maybe I will make and freeze some pesto.
Meanwhile tomorrow is another work day. It is Sunday evening now and time to think about my work week.

come next spring, I have flower beds to plant, photos will follow, I want to plan out early what I am going to do, so deff will be wanting your opinions

If you can do pretty and edible both it is a real win. I have an unusual basil, that is green but it has a red plume like cluster of blooms. My herb class lady says it is called Siam basil. I have a Thai basil that is not nearly so showy. Of course you want to consider whether you have sun or shade, etc.

we had a long weekend here and it's over.. Today is Monday,regular working days are back but I feel better for having the three day home stay. .. i had all the time to relax

I was pretty busy this past weekend too, just not traveling on the highway a lot.
I've been working away on my sewing all week, mostly cutting fabrics and making my wrist hurt though.
