I gave my availability at work saying I canwork Monday - Thursday 8a -1230pm,Friday, Saturday, andSunday anytime. The one manager goes I don't know if we can do that.
That is a very wide selection of availability. I go well clearly the favourtism is continuing if youcan work with the others and not mine.
I am not turning down the availabiliy for the other job for these idiots.

Sadly, no matter how good you are, it often takes playing politics to advance. Its nice if you can do it just a little, but sometimes they make it hard.

They don't care whether you can do it or the staff. They keep giving the lazy teenagers hours yet they don't do any work. Yet, they can work with their lack of availability yet ot me.

Unfortunately how someone mentioned politics and favourism has a lot to play with it. Sometimes there genuinely aren't any positions available.

They favour the others clearly, and don't see theimportance until you are gone. I found a better job with more hours, and help me better. It is there loss as noone else will do the delivery.

That is a lot of hours. They should be able to work with that.

Exacty! Considering our shifts are usually 4 hours, and they keep cutting our hours to 13 hours a week.

I don't blame you. Something will come along that will be a perfect fit for you.
