@ramapo17 I have had problems off and on with automatic payments. Certain places do not take them out when they say they are going to. I would be checking too if I did have that.

Wow that is awesome.
I don't check my credit often. I heard if you do the points can go down. But the last time I checked ~ I had great credit =)

Probably still do then. I check on Credit Karma and it isn't supposed to cause any problems.

@celticeagle Oh I see! That is good. I don't buy a service or use any to check my credit.

I check mine when I pay my Discover Card on that site. It has not changed a lot lately but I am working on it. Not that I really want to use it. I think I fall in the good to excellent range.

Good to excellent is great. Mine is way down because of past bills but all of a sudden it is up forty points.

Mine has been in a constant change up and down since April. I bought a car in April and in June it dropped 110 points. Last month it climbed back up 65 points and then this month it dropped 75 points. I have no idea what is going on with it. Nothing else has changed on my report, so I don't have any idea whats causing the change. Hoping that it starts improving and finally stabilizes.
Glad to hear that yours is climbing.

I have no credit cards. I just check it when I get an email from Credit Karma.

Yes, it is. So double my surprise when two of them are up so much.

@celticeagle Sometimes we just have to go over everything on the credit report as I have found some wrong issues on it. Not many but there was one once.

I only check it when I am planning to buy something rather big, like a new home. I know we are entitled to one check by each credit agency per year, however, I don't keep track on them. Maybe it's a good idea to take a look on your score every now and then. This is also useful to avoid being victim of identity fraud.

I am too curious. Always want to know if it has gone up or down.
