There are many amusement Parks in the United States. I would like to know about the ones in your area and whether you visit them? I have a season pass to Knotts Berry Farm. Its known for its jams, jellies and preserves which are quite tasty. I buy a few jars to enjoy at home. We go on a few rides when we visit and see some shows. I enjoy seeing the place decorated for the holidays and hope to visit tomorrow.
My favorite place is Disneyland, but the high cost to visit now means its just not affordable any more. A few years ago we had season passes, so was able to see lots of shows and go on rides. Its fun to visit during the slower times, but not during the holidays with huge crowds.
Have you visited either place? Do you plan to visit any Amusement Parks during the holidays? Amusement Parks can be a fun vacation for many people.

I hope to visit the East Coast in a couple years, as I'm on the West Coat and have been all of my adult years. Last there when I was a teenager and do miss many of my family members that live so far away. We are planning to do some traveling in the next couple of years, as we have talked about seeing all of the United States. Hawaii is the plan in 2 years, so we will see how long it takes to travel overseas. My husband and I plan to visit Holland, Germany and Italy for certain. I know if its a winter trip we will be traveling through places with snow, as my husband enjoys skiing. Thanks for posting.

@Fishmomma I am Italian, I was born in Milan. If your husband enjoys skiing the best places are here in Switzerland, but also on the north east of Italy there are wonderful skiing resorts.

Ive been to disneyland and disneyworld, Hershey park in Pennsylvania, kings dominion in Virginia, universal studios in Hollywood, bush gardens in Virginia and some of the smaller amusement parks like oaks park and a few of the water parks.
I doubt we will be going to any of them anytime soon. The fair is in town here right now but I don't know if its in the budget to go.

Thanks for posting and yes there are a lot of parks. I hope to some day visit Hershey Park, as chocolate is always great. I went to Busch Gardens when we lived on the East Coast and have some amazing photographs of the place. This was a lot of years ago, so certainly wouldn't look like my family photographs. I'm not even sure I know everyone that went in my family, as should have labeled the photographs. Have to admit always thought we would remember past trips. Its hard to believe how expensive the parks are today.
