I set my alarm everyday to wake up at a certain time, some days earlier/some days later - depending on my schedule but I ALWAYS ALWAYS wake up "earlier" than the time I set.
But if I don't set my alarm clock or forget, I will sleep until who knows when!
It's crazy how our minds work!
Does this ever happen to you too? It always happens to me.
PS
Happy Friday everyone & Have a GREAT weekend!

Haha same thing for me. If I set the alarm at 5.30am, I wakeup at about 4.30-4.45...but if I forgot to set the alarm sometimes I sleep until 7-8am. Lol

                            Me too!!
I get so annoyed waking up a hour or two earlier than I should be. I will stare at the clock then when I can fall asleep again it's time to wake up! Lol

Happy Friday back. I don't use an alarm but my daughter sets hers for early week day wake ups so she can get her son out to the bus on time. He has to be out by 6:25a. Ugh! Too early for me but I get up about that time to be sure my daughter was able to get up. She does fine these days.

                            Thank you!
And, I hope you have a great weekend.
That is good you don't have to use an alarm but you still get up to ensure your daughter is up to get her son ready for the bus. Very sweet of you.
And that's great she's doing a routine about getting up that early!

If I have to get say 7am for work I always set it as I don't normally wake up then. But if not I don't set it for today I started work at 1pm so I'll be up before 12pm.

The only thing happened to me was
Alarm rings- I switch it off - sleep again...and wake up who knows when!

Hehe that happens to me but not very often. I wish it happened more often so I would get more sleep.

I don´t set the alarm clock, since I don´t have one, but I use my own natural chronological system´s clock to wake up at the set time

The human body is indeed amazing. I guess we all have different internal body clock settings. There are times that I wake up around 2am-ish for some nights in a row. I would like to attribute that to me being thirsty or needing to use the bathroom rather than some paranormal stuff. Which could also be the case but I would rather not, haha!

Yes it absolutely happens to me. I decided to shut off the alarm this morning because i absolutely needed extra rest and slept until 10:30am when I am usually up between 8:30-9am

With as varied as my schedule was with my son's work schedule, I would think I would oversleep without an alarm, never happen. I don't need an alarm except maybe Sunday for church due to being retired, yet I wake at 4 AM every morning.

Hi infatuatedbaby. It is always nice when I don't have to listen to an alarm clock. But I need it to tell me what I don't always want to hear. Hope you are having a Happy Friday and have a Great Weekend. Thank you.
