I have to do something to make my house fresher.

Every winter I sort of wrap parts of the house in plastic so it is warmer. On sunny days, even when it id cold outside, I can be warn at the terrace. My bed had a very warm down quilt. But now, suddenly, we have had high temperatures. I have to change the quilt for a light summer one. And I will take out the plastic from the terrace. Do you do some weathering of your house depending on the season?

I put up plastic in the drafty windows and the back door. Can't afford to heat the outside. When the weather is warmer I open the front door and living room window to let a little fresh air in.

i didn't know that plastic can help with heating. we only have wet and dry season. when it's hot and humid i would hang a wet towel in my room.

If you never have a cold season, you dom´t have to trap the sun as the plastic does.

I usually clean and use fresh pillow cases, and spray some air freshener.

WE don't do much really as our seasons don't change drastically. We light the fire when it's cold and run the A/C if it gets really hot but we don't make structural changes like you do. I have flannel sheets in winter and cotton in summer.

I open my windows in summer (not in the middle of the day though). I don´t have AC nor central heating.
