Where do the Lost Mojo's go?

Its as if my internal compass has gone astray! Inspired by a response from @crazyhorseladycx or Debs for those that have been lucky to get postcards from her - Where do the Lost Mojo's go? Almost like the question regarding the missing socks? How does one delve deep into the soul, body, mind, to find ones lost Mojo that is here one day, and gone the next? One day we find ourselves happier than the norm and just out of nowhere BANG we searching for our Mojo behind every crack and cranny !! I am bedoggled by how easy we loose it - the Mojo I mean! I was reading the '10 Ways of how to get your mojo back' and maybe some might be relevant to what is causing your lost mojo, but then dont read too much into REMEDIES - the remedy is within oneself! 1. Address stress 2. Remember what fun is! 3. Get physical 4. Take an electronic sabbatical 5. Be fabulous 6. Hang out with the best 7. Do something adventurous 8. Love your body 9. Train your brain 10. If Mojo is late, dont wait - see the doc I personally can relate to a few - maybe three, but they are just guidelines on how to lure ones Mojo back from its lost postiton! You are most welcome to leave your thoughts!

I lost my mojo for working on my novel. I was so passionate about it and worked on it all the time, now I have completely lost interest. It bothers me that I have and I don't know quite how to get it back.

its a terrible feeling - I have had the material out for three days now - I have to make 26 outfits for a festival and I sit and look at the material and dont know where to start. I have an idea, but absolutely no interest in doing them, if I had my way I would pass it to someone else, but they dont know how to do the ballet costumes - SO I am stuck at the moment!

Oh I can relate to this! I have about half a dozen novels with anywhere between 10,000 and 25,000 words written for each one. Seems like a lot of work to waste but I tend to lose interest once the initial thrill of the idea has worn off.

@WorDazza Getting the story out is a lot easier than editing. Editing draft after draft after draft is wearying.

I think that doctors are not very good to help with the Mojo. The best is to relax doing something we like and it will be back.

Doctors can't do anything for us when we lose our mojo, it will come back on it's own and on it's own time.

@marlina You are so right, no matter what people say it's only our inner spirit that can make our mojo come back.

I guess some of the time we have to just let time does it's work.

Had that happen today. In a way I did take an electronic sabbatical. At least I wasn't anywhere near electronics for a couple hours.

maybe taking those sporadic sabbaticals keeps us from loosing our mojo

My mojo has been gone for so long, I don't know where to begin. I could join some friends for a walk today and that would help with 3. Get physical, and 6. Hang out with the best, and 2. remember what fun is. But that would help and also make me too tired to clean my house and sort my papers. Somehow I want to find enough mojo to accomplish something around here before I get more behind and more stressed. Wish me luck

Problem is doctors look as if they don't know what mojo is ...old, haggard and their clinics stink of chemicals and hand washes.

'Bedoggled'? What a great word.. What worked for me was getting off the computer for a while.

I thought it might attract someones eye - Malu was my thought, but you got there first. I had no idea how to describe my mind - so bedoggled was the word fitting for my thoughts on loosing my mojo!

i'd like to know the folks who write such a list coz 'pparently they aint the sharpest knife'n the drawer. sometimes life circumstances steal yer mojo 'n then ya gotta struggle to re-invent 'cherself. not always a bad thingy. e'ery now'n then that'd be the push that some need to find their true selves. 'tis a way to grow 'n spread yer wings, albeit most uncomfy 't the time.
