Out of Town

A quick hello, and then a "see you later" as I am out of town today! I have noticed that the traffic is quite slow as normally on a Saturday Morning I have about 50 or so responses to go through but this morning only 8. Its mid month November so maybe everyone is busy with some or other Office Christmas Parties (you know what I mean) and dont have time to myLot! My daughters are off to watch the Golf at Sun City resort today again and they left early as the weather prediction says golf might be held off due to Lightening storms. I am traveling in the other directions to a small farm town where I will be the umpire at Bowls for the day - My first Umpire day! Hope you enjoy being an umpire! That will be new experience. Good for you. Umpires and referees are always needed and not everyone wants to be one.

It was indeed a new experience, but I dont think I will put my hand up for the job too often - so much pressure to see which bowl is the lying shot with all kinds of gadgets. But I did enjoy

@JudyEv Oh I dont think I HAD the right temperament to start with, but bowls has taken this Quick talking, very open minded, sometimes opinionated lady and taught me to be still when necessary and only answer questions asked rather than having the rhetorical ones. Even my friends have commented how more composed i am - ha ha ha - they have no idea what lurks below the surface!!!

Enjoy your umpire day! Agree with you that it is a bit slow today here in the site. Already 12:38 in the afternoon here in Manila. Will be hitting the gym in a bit doing some muay thai training. Can't wait!

I feel blessed now despite of some problems I counter, because I know others have more problems than I am. Good luck with the trip and god bless.
