Walking Dead, is Rick broken?
Wow, what an episode of the latest Walking Dead, is Rick broken or is he just playing along with it. Currently, he doesn’t have any choice in the matter with Nagen, I how much do you dislike that guy?
I think Rick will working Negan out, I don’t think it will be too long before something happens. He had the chance at least twice to kill Negan but didn’t (I think that was a test) you could see he was about to. I think if he had done he would have done everyone a favour by killing Negan.
So many questions, if only I could watch all of season 7 over the next few days.

I think Daryl chose to go back with them because he has a plan and is just playing along. I really can't see them staying down for too long before they come up with a plan. Rick appears to be broken but i think he will come out of it. I hate Negan. He is so evil. I can't wait for pay back when it finally comes.

Yes you could see that Daryl and Rick have or at least have some plan with the way they were looking at each other, wasn't Daryl blinking a lot?
I don't think Rick and the rest have any chice it in but go along with it all, way too many for them to fight at the moment.

@kevin1877uk I noticed Daryl was blinking a lot, but didn't think much of it until just now when I read your comment. Did you notice in the episode that there was a big giant Morse Code sign hanging on the wall inside Rick's home at the beginning of the episode? Could Daryl have been communicating to Rick in code?

I don't think he is broken. I think he is waiting until he can figure out a plan. Right now his main goal is to keep his people alive. He even admitted in the episode that they are greatly outnumbered by Negan and his men, even if they join Alexandria and Hilltop together. And remember, right now he doesn't know about the Kingdom, so as far as Rick is concerned, he doesn't have the means right now to overthrow Negan. But believe me, he is calculating a future move when the time is right. Rick and his group are survivors, they'll find a way to get out of this! I have a sneaking suspicion that Rick is going to get inside help from one of Negan's own.

I agree I don't think that he is and just going along with it and trying to figure Nagen out. He does have Daryl on the inside and I'm guessing that is why Daryl didn't what to go back just yet. They both know they need to kill him. Yes, there the Hill top and the king.
Interesting season, looking forward to next weeks.

@kevin1877uk I'm starting to wonder if Dwight is going to end up helping Rick and his group somehow. Either Dwight or his wife (who Negan stole from Dwight)

hmmm, that show is just too gory for me. I think I might try to watch it sometime and fast forward through the gory parts

@moffittjc I think plenty of people do and don't see it for what it worth, the interaction of the characters and how they have survived what's happened to the world.

I hate Neagan as well. I would like to hear fromthose that watch the sow who do you think will kill him my man says Maggie will do it I say Daryl

@kevin1877uk Yeah she was it showed in what was going to happen for next episode and she was in it. I would like Maggie to do it in some ways to get back at him for killing Glen.

Lots of emotions in that episode. Seeing Rick, whom we've always known for being defiant and strong, taking orders from a man who just killed two of his best friends and humiliated him in front of everyone, was hard to watch. But every time Rick started squeezing Lucile, I was hoping he will back off. Negan appears like a smiling clown but he is smart. He can read Rick like a book.

With Rick being made to hold Lucile it was a test and I think Rick knew that and he doesn't want anyone else killed of is group.
What I did find in that episode was what happened to Maggie and the girl with the balloons? Very tense episode.

That episode was intense! Negan is chilling. I kept thinking of ways he could have been killed so we do have to suspend belief of his "invincibility."

Oh YES it was intense indeed, I was will Rick to kill Negan with Lucille, but I guess they won't kill him off just yet.

@kevin1877uk Obviously to maintain interest, Negan is going to be around for awhile. It's pretty powerful as we are wondering how are they going to het out of this, what are they gong to do? I keep thinking just leave and strike for far away places after they have traveled a long distance already.

Yes that episode was intense. I don't think Rick is broken but knows he has to protect his people. I'm sure Rick will bide his time before getting revenge
