Can the youngs stand the cold weather better than the elders?

It seems that today the youngs tend to wear less in cold weather. My father often complains about it when he sees my son wears less in winter. I think that my son is not a little child. He is a teenager and he shall know whether it is cold or hot for him now. And I also notice it from other parents as they all say how come their children wear so little to go outside. I assume that the youngs are not so afraid of the coldness?

Seems like that is sort of the fashion now days. Kids don't bundle up like I used to when I was young. Even when I was a teen I didn't wear a lot of garb. Maybe it's hormones or something. Never that cold. Now I couldn't stand to be out in the cold.

It does not get too cold where I live but I do prefer cold weather more than warm. :)I get in trouble if I don't dress accordingly.

It's getting chilly where a light cardigan is needed but in the mornings you can wear shorts!
