Today I´ll have spinach pancakes for lunch.

The sun is shining and we´ll have a very hot day. In these days, I prefer to eat veggies than any meat. So we´ll have a big green salad and crepes stuffed with spinach cream and topped with white sauce and Reggianito creese. Just before serving, I place them in the electric oven so they are grated and heated. What will you have for lunch today?

I am not sure yet, I have a dentist appointment so I may just have lunch out.

I don´t usually lunch out after the dentist, specially if they use anesthesics

It has been a cold and grey day. I went outside grocery shopping and so I heated a pizza for lunch.

It is my first time to hear about the spinach pancake. It is a very interesting dessert. I can't imagine how it tastes like. But we do have spinach noodles here and it tastes well The spinach cake is very healthy.

It´s a main dish very good when it is warm. And we are in spring here .
