Is it true that Women has better memories than Men?

i am aware and i admit that i really have a bad memory. i rarely remember my own dreams.
but according to this article... officially WOMEN in middle age, at least DO have better memories than men.
what do you think?

Women need better memories. We have more to remember! My other half needs to remember to pick up medication or if he has appointments. I need to remember details of my own work and home schedule, my children's schedules, and everything else! Saying that, I think my memory is getting worse and, to be fair to my partner, he usually remembers important things but has illnesses which contribute to memory loss.
