I Got The Thumbs Up

Everything came out okay with my second mammogram and ultrasound. I was a little worried when after having the mammogram, the radiologist requested an ultrasound. But he was just being extra careful to make sure everything was okay.
After the ultrasound, the radiologist came in the room and said all he saw were cysts. There is nothing that needs to be done, there was no cancer and I just need to continue with yearly mammograms.
I got the report from my primary doctor late yesterday afternoon. There were two spots involved and this is what it said:
*First spot: small cysts are seen measuring up to 4 mm in diameter. This corresponds to the parenchymal abnormality seen on mammographic images.
*Second spot: an island of multilocular cystic change is seen. The overall size of the abnormality corresponds with the mammographic abnormality. Individual cyst measuring up to 5 mm..
I am so glad that this is over. I have never been so worried and scared about my health before. I may have to go through all of this again next year but at least now I know what to expect and won't be so worried.
I want to thank each and every one of you. You have all been so nice, kind and very supportive
. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have each of you in my life. MyLot people are the best!

@simone10 I just can't worry about things until I know there is a real problem. Even then I don't stew, just keep going forward.
