It doesn't hurt to give it a try. I haven't published my first piece in hubpages yet either. I just started a new account on hubpages as well. The more the merrier, as the saying goes. You know what I mean? I enjoy writing articles and doing some research on subjects for publishing.

There are no requirements for videos, images or hundreds of words here so you will find it a lot less work!

Not sure weather or not I will actually even publish them in there yet, I think I have about three of them started. I may use this site instead. Or may even check out this other site you are talking about, Upwork. What is that like?

@His_chariot Good for you. Upwork is a great place to do freelance work for writing or other fields like graphic design for clients in the USA and abroad. You have to take free skills tests to get more clients and invites, which is optional. You do get paid $100 or more into Paypal, if you make enough for the week, depending on hourly or fixed price projects. You just have to create a profile, fill in your resume, and send it short proposals you're interested in by the deadline. I've made $1000 with one client on a 3-month project this past summer/fall and have made $1100 in total since I joined in July.

@KristenH I checked it out and have a profile, but I don't have the pc to download their program. I think they have their own system you have to download to do the work. Is that correct?
