The Christmas ravioli are made!

It was a great time as I expected. Our family friend bought us all Christmas aprons to wear which was fun. My sister didn't get to partake in the actual ravioli-making process as much as in years past because she was busy dealing with her two young children. I left before the ravioli were finished freezing and they were bagged up so I don't know what the final count was. The next time I will see them is on December 25th. I look forward to it!

I can imagine you'd need to keep two young children 'otherwise occupied' if you were making ravioli. How nice to have Christmas aprons.

Homemade ravioli must be time consuming to prepare.

Not when you have many hands doing the work and a KitchenAid with pasta roller attachment. It only takes us 2-3 hours to make 700-800.
