I stole some jam.

I said to myself, how am I to know if it is done if I don´t try it?
So I picked a small dish and placed there some still bubbling hot jam. I left it to cool down while I mylotted and then ate it.
It was delicious, but not yet done.
I´ll go watch the other half of Schinler´s list and then I´ll come back again. This is a slow process as part of the water has to turn into steam. It can be hurried if I stirred all the time. But I am lazy.

I have done that. Unfortunatly I had a long phone call and one of the pots is too dark

They were simmering on the stove. I got a small saucer and a spoon and "stole" a bit.

One of the pots is better than the other. I think I added to much sugar in one of them.
