Hey everyone. I hope your day is up to a good start. It is a cold and cloudy morning here at the Jersey Shore. It is currently 31 degrees F with an expected high of 37. It is just going to be a cold day today. Plus we are supposed to get some rain later. Great. I slept in a bit today which was wonderful. Now I'm sitting here enjoying a cup of coffee. My husband just left to go to the shooting range. He does that about once a month. He'll be back just before noon so we can go to lunch and get good seats for the games. When I get home from that, I have to get my lunches made for the week and I also will be making our dinner: beef bouguignon. I'll get to spend the afternoon cooking which I love. What's everyone else up to today?
