Coming home

My son came home from college today. After days of anticipation and preparation, he is home for the holidays. This got me thinking about how important home is, wherever or whatever it is. Home is not just made of walls and material possessions, rather it is where family lives and friends gather. It is where love resides. Home is somewhere you can leave and return to no matter where you roam. My son is home for the holidays and I am the happiest mom in the world. What does home mean to you?

Just now a place I cannot get to but would like to be back to for a bit. Truth is my daughter is not well enough to leave. I suggested I take my grandson back with me but I think that is not something my daughter can cope with yet.
