The mall was packed + Nice family let us have their parking spot!

This afternoon, my mom & I went to the mall to do some last minute shopping. It took us about 20 minutes to find parking..
I circled around.. patiently waiting for parking but the mall was packed! A very nice lady with her family told me to reverse because they're leaving.
As soon as I start to reverse, the car 'behind' speeds up to tail gate me & wouldn't budge. I was parked right next to the families car. The lady said don't worry, we'll reverse the other way so you can get in first. The car behind heard, & left so I was able to fully reverse into the spot.
When it comes to 'parking', if the family didn't tell me - I'd surely would not reverse. But she physically went to my car window & told me to reverse.
Anyhow, we were able to do some shopping & I will be wrapping presents tomorrow. 
Did you go shopping today? How was you parking situation? Any good deals? I still have Macy's cash that I need to finish redeeming online since the stores we so busy and I was not in the mood to stand in line.

All week up to the holidays ~ I am sure everywhere will be busy (preparing for food, presents, clothes, etc)

My son and I went to the mall last night, and it was crazy packed! But we actually had no problem at all finding a parking spot right at the front entrance to the mall, so we got really lucky! And I didn't realize until I got inside, but our Aeropostle store had everything marked down 75% off, since they are closing the store after Christmas to remodel their store. Since both of my kids love that brand, we went a little crazy buying all kinds of clothes!

You surely were lucky! I normally don't have problems finding parking but the mall I went is doing construction so they blocked off a lot of parking space! It's been a few months now.
Yay on going to the mall! I bet you got a lot of great deals. I thought Aeropostale was going out of business?

@infatuatedbby The employees told me that they have a new owner, who is going to renovate the store and re-open. So, I don't know if she was talking about our store in particular, or if she was talking about the company as a whole.

I decided to go to the grocery with mother tomorrow morning. I hope it won't rain, i've read earlier about a typhoon coming and it started raining this morning. And i'm pretty sure parking lot will be packed since it's already the 24th here by then.

we don't get hit that much whenever there's typhoon. we only experience windy/rainy days the whole time..
i downloaded an ebook and i've got my playlists ready just in case i'll be stuck in my mom's house, where signal is not happening, for days due to heavy rain.

I read on Sunrise Fan that a typhoon might be coming in your country. I hope it doesn't though. It's no fun going during the holidays in addition to the crowd to have rain. It is raining here too, looks like it until the rest of the week -__-

yeah similar here. although parking was not a big problem all the shops were very busy because it is a Saturday.

You were able to do shopping that's nice. Here also there is so much crowd since the vacations have started and everyone is out there to hang out and do shopping. Lately I have been doing window shopping only since I have not been liking much of the stuff. I am a little bit selective hehheh.

Nothing wrong with being selective. It is definitely crowded, many are on vacation, preparing for the holiday feast, shopping, etc.

People and parking this time of year. Ugh! I'm glad I am not driving any more. If you can do it online it is great. I would hate to try to get in the stores at the mall. I hate crowds. They act like idiots.

Let's see, we don't have malls- last time I was in a real mall was in Chattanooga about 5 years ago and it was to do a mystery shop. I hate traffic, malls, rude people, liars, idiots.oh I am getting carried away...sorry!

That was very kind of the lady. I've also encountered rude people who see that you're about to park and they beat you on the draw.
