Are you a short tempered driver?

Sometimes I see drivers who can't stand anything. Almost everything bothers them. It feels as if they are in a race.
Driving is not a game. It is responsibility. We should drive carefully and respect others on the road. Even if someone is driving slow, we should not be outraged.
Short tempered drivers are more likely to cause an accident.

Yes I am short tempered when I drive too especially coming across people who think the road is a race track! IT is annoying!

I one of those drivers who would be the perfect target for a shrt tempered driver. Even my best friend Dixie would hate me. I drive too slow.

No, I'm quite the opposite. I've had passengers ask me how I can be so calm in certain situations. The worst I'll usually do is mutter 'idiot' and carry on.
I don't understand some drivers, like those who seem to think a speed limit is a challenge, or idiots overtaking in fog or beeping their horns in a traffic jam, as if those in front are just stopping or going slowly because they feel like it.
And yes, you're right. Short tempered drivers are often the ones who cause accidents. It's sad and unfortunate that those people seem to come off unscathed while innocent people get hurt.
I admit it can be annoying if I'm on a perfectly safe, straight road with someone travelling at half the speed limit. But I can't see what's in front of them.

I just read a story about a guy who shot a 3 year old child who was riding in the back seat of his grandmother's car. The shooter was angry that the grandmother was driving too slow so shot into the car!
I'll never understand humans!

The only thing I can say I'm short-tempered about @Madshadi is the idiocy of others when driving. I follow the rules of the road and I make sure I'm using my mirrors to watch all the ding-alings. I haven't had a speeding ticket in 18 years and that was only because I had moved to a new town and didn't see the sign. I haven't had an accident in 13 years and that was only because a guy wasn't paying attention and hit me in the back end while I was stopped at a red light. Most people today don't pay any attention to ANY traffic signs and we all pay in the end because of higher insurance rates.

Its good that you have a clean record. You are right about other people, for the most part, not paying attention to traffic signs or road regulations. But I never get upset unless they are endangering me. I would tolerate almost everything else.
