I have plans for New Year´s Eve.

I thought I would stay home on New Year´s Eve.
I usually go to Dixie´s house, but I didn´t dare ask now as her mother died on Christmas Eve.
But she called me and said that they were going to Marcela´s home (her eldest daughter). Did I want to come? She´d ask Marcela if I could go with them.
This is not the first New Year at Marcela´s and she immediatly said yes.
I have a bottle of champagne and will go tomorrow to the supermarket. If I can buy a nice cake, I know that I can save it with no problem until the 31.
What are your plans for New Year´s Eve?

Our plans for new year's eve are we are staying in having friends over going to order pizza and play wii and bring in the new year. Hope you have fun with youf friend.

We are staying home on New Year's Eve, I think my husband has to work so it will be me and my kids. =) I might make appetizer's or something, not sure yet.

@NJChicaa Here there are illegal fireworks that fortunatly are not in my neighborhood and legal, safe ones much better that the municipality has for everyone to see.

@marguicha I'm sure that some neighbors will shoot them off, terrorizing my 14 year old cat in the process. They are illegal to shoot off in the neighborhood. There are no displays planned as it is winter here.

It's good to spend time with your friend to cheer her up...As for me, no plan for new year's eve. I try to think of it as another day, even though deep down I know it's not... Have fun going to your friend's place.

For many years I have gone to their house in New Year. This year we will be at their eldest daughter´s house. But she welcomed me as family

I made some plans to celebrate the new year at Taj Mahal (Symbol of Love)Agra, India with my husband. But our nephew is not well and his treatment is going on. So, unfortunately we are not going anywhere to celebrate new year.
We will be at our home on new year eve.
