First Day of the Year, selfish

That is right. I am using today to be self centered.
I made us a good brunch, after I did a facial masque, hair conditioning treatment and took a hot shower to remove both.
My earning sites are running but I am so happy to have found a missing notebook. I intend to do all my continuing education for work today, honestly, it will be needing tomorrow too. I have ten hours to complete.
Food is ready and on hand for supper. I am putting things away and enjoying the process.

Again I am hopping back and forth between two different hockey games. The Toronto Maple Leafs are playing Detroit in the outdoor classic game, and Team Canada Junior are playing Russia in the International Hockey semi-finals. They both just HAD to start at the same time.

@GardenGerty In the end, one game turned out to be more exciting and closer in score, even going into overtime.

Many of the credit hours come for much fewer minutes, for instance I got a full hour credit for a thirty seven minute presentation. It is easier for me to do it at home, all at once, and be done than to go somewhere and be bored, or uncomfortable. I also like that if I miss something I can replay. I have a quiz for each section and have to pass at 80%. The professional development or continuing education credits are required for a rehire next year and possibly for a raise.

Me I have taken a bit of a laid back attitude too. Although I have a lot to do I have only done what I feel like doing. You have done very well though.

Meal wise we took it easy today. I made a big brunch at noon. We each are eating some of our favorites tonight, accompanied by fruity smoothies for balance.
