I do not have resolutions, only intentions. I intend to have more fun this year.

Oh, it's you, @GardenGerty. I can never forget your username. Glad you comment here. I also intend to have more fun. I'll deal with each task as fun, not task anymore.
I always have so many tasks everyday in the office. I sometimes feel so stressed out when something is not working as we expect. I'm always affected whenever there's an issue with my pending and ongoing tasks. My team mates always say I'm one of the coolest, but it's not true.

Happy New Year to you as well.
One of my plans this 2017 is to lose weight and be healthier. I'm gunning for a weight of 130 pounds with a body fat percentage of 19%.

@wittynet it is something that I'm working on. Less sugar and salt for me. More proteins and water as well.

Have you already changed your diet, @allen0187? I'm neither fat nor thin, but I have a lot of health problems. I haven't finished with my lab tests yet for I'm already tired.
Though it's all free because I have a health card, I feel so tired and stressed out every time I go to the hospital for different check ups. So I decided to change my diet. It does not cure all my illnesses, but I noticed an improvement. I don't always get sick like before and I don't always feel so exhausted lately.

I don't see you that much here. How have you been? Actually that's my new year's resolution too to stop entertaining negative thoughts and just focus on positive ones.

Yes, @amitkokiladitya.
I just started before New Year. One of my office mates by passed me. I got so mad, but realized after more or less 30 minutes that I should control my emotions if I want to live longer.
I apologized for being so mad with him, and in return he felt more guilty, approached me and said sorry. I felt better after that.

I agree with you about entertaining negative thoughts. I have always held the belief that whatever you feed will grow. I do understand negative things occur which is apart of life. I do not have to allow the negative experience to be my life. I do not have any New Year's resolutions. I try every day to be the best me in my health, mindset, etc. On the days I fall short I get up the next day and try to do the day better!
