Coffee, Breakfast And Grapes

I just finished my small breakfast which started with coffee of course! That is what gets me moving in the morning. Then I had a toast with peanut butter, a toast made with whole wheat. I like my peanut butter crunchy, the crunchier, the better. And then, came my delicious seedless red grapes, I do not like green grapes at all. Do not know why. I also did a bit of walking downstairs and going back soon to do some more. I am staying in as it is way too cold to be outside. How was your breakfast this morning?

This has made me realise that I have not bought any grapes for a long while. They used to be a regular purchase of mine and I must buy some more soon.

Do buttered scones have any protein in them? @arthurchappell I guess it is pretty rare to not like the taste of coffee.

@marlina .....The acid is bad I know. If I eat it on a empty stomach it hurts but I don't.

Unfortunately, I have trouble with the acid in oranges, it hurts my stomach too much if I don't put sugar on it.

I haven't had breakfast yet! But I did have my water with apple cider vinegar in it. Next comes some tea! I think the red grapes are sweeter than the green. Green ones can be sweet, but depends on the pick of course . . . sometimes they taste under ripe.

@marlina I will often take a grape and test it out before buying the whole bag . . . such a waste of money to buy a bunch of sour grapes!

I did not eat breakfast I almost never do. Your breakfast sounds healthy and delicious! I love grapes but rarely eat them because they are too expensive for me. I burned the garbage and am doing cyber school with my son. My daughter has a half day at public school so she will be home soon and is bringing a friend.

I skipped breakfast went out and you're right it was very windy and cold. Did not stay out too long and came back and had 2 oranges and I just ate 6 apples. That should keep the doctor away for a few days.
