I was at an impasse, but it passed!

Impasse - according to Dictionary.com - stalemate, standstill, standoff, dead end
That's where I was a few hours ago. Believe it or not, it has nothing to do with myLot LOL! It has to do with the travel blog that I write for. For the life of me I've been trying to come up with an idea for Wednesday's submission. I've been working on it for a few days to no avail.
We haven't been to any new restaurants, or any tourist spots. I was at a dead end until a light bulb went off in my brain (it was a bight light, did you see it?)
I decided to do a review of some of the articles I wrote during 2016. I discussed some of the products I had reviewed and how I feel abut them now. I also went back and pulled up some of restaurant reviews and talked about their current situations, good and bad.
I will put links to all the articles I referenced. I think it is a great idea! While it is in draft form right now I know I can pull it all together before Wednesday.
So when you get to an impasse, have no fear - it will pass, just think!!!
Photo is mine (Swiss Chard) from one the articles I refer to in the blog.

Yes, the impasse will pass if we give it a minute (or a day) as needed.

@AbbyGreenhill With the calibre of my eyesight I probably would not know if I was blinded.

Good day my friend! It is such a nice word that I learn from you today. Yeah, at the start of the New Year, I was impasse because of the conflict I experienced with my mom. But you are right, we will not be stuck forever in that word "impasse. " I am elated that I am now progressing again in my life and with my relationship with my family. I hope that you will be able to achieve all your goals. Just be positive!

@AbbyGreenhill That is another thing that I love in Mylot. It is having an accidental learning at times. Thanks for your good thoughts.

not a bad idea, pulling up old stuff with updates, I know I find that sort of thing interesting, like if you still like something, that holds more weight, since the liking, well stuck!

Exactly. If I like a restaurant and people go there because I wrote about it then I feel the need to tell them if things have changed.

I do this when a word escapes me. I just sit quietly and keep thinking on it and eventually it pops up. :) Maybe my brain needs a good clean out. It is slowing up.
