How Would You Name It?

Some taxi owners here name their taxi by combining the names of their children. So on the door you might read, for example, JeMiNi for Jeremy, Michelle and Nicole.
Some name their small business with their family name or the street it's located, for example, Liwanag Eatery or Santos Sari-Sari Store.
I've always felt Happy Trip would be a great name for a taxi, because that's what we say here when someone's going out of town or out of the country.
Have you ever seen a business name that you really liked or makes you smile?
If you ever started a small business, would you put your name in it, or your children, or family name? Or maybe a beloved pet?

Naming my small business was almost harder than naming my children. Eventually we decided on Wishing Well (intending the wishing well that you drop coins into) but also embracing the other meaning...wishing you well. The name was well received.

'curl up and dye' in the movie runaway bride.
'chop shop' is great, though it can also be a meat shop!

There's a "Body and Sole" massage parlor in our city. Once before when we were in Manila I also noticed this food stall in the food court of a mall which was called "Wee Chuan". It sounded Chinese but it's actually the English "which one" do you choose of the food displayed on their counter.

in the past, my secret question to password email was the name of our first pet as kids. i'm still positive it was a cat, but as i got older and memories get fuzzy, i'm not sure which cat it was anymore.

@hereandthere Yes, and fancy ones for every day. They were very overpriced, but it didn't stop most people from buying them. Many came from miles away. $$$$$

Yup, that candy shop's name is cute. Hihi
I had also seen before an eatery named MgDo... But they don't serve burgers or fries. They serve goat dishes. Hihihi

some would combine the last name of the wife (before marriage) and husband, for example, guzman-balagtas or maybe the initials GB.

Yes, and Filipinos are so wise in making eye-catching names for their store or business, like the one I saw: Starduck! I thought it was Starbucks but when I saw the logo, it's not the mermaid but a duck!

that's true, our mind would "correct" it based on what we know, especially if the font and logo is similar. what was starduck selling - coffee also?
