I have no clue what a 4G LTE network is and I don't care as long as my phone allows me to make phone calls which is why I have a phone anyway

I was watching TV yesterday and I saw some commercial about the biggest 4G LTE network yada yada yada and so on and so forth. Really? Just tell me...does it make my phone calls any faster? Does it make the other person answer quicker? Will it shorten a 15 minute conference call to a minute or less? I know, I know...most people get phones and computers messed up these days. You still keep thinking you have a 'phone' when you don't. You need the biggest screen, and the fastest video playback, and lord knows what all. I just want to talk to someone besides a flippin' machine.

@JolietJake Yes I read that you were happy about getting it but something one day will happen to make you change your mind.

I totally agree with you 4g lte and volte all are just ways to bring in some new ways of business and earn money. It's all what the leading corporates do to make their income graph go up. End of the day every month there will be a new feature added to the smartphone section and people are expected to go mad and buy new products.

My smartphone isn't all of this, and it has to be about 4 or 5 years old, but it still does the job-and its smarter then me!!

My husband pays way too much for our phone service. I keep telling him that we don't need so much but it falls on deaf ears.

I have a computer and I have a land line. I would like a cell phone because many of the accounts I have online want the cell# for security purposes. I haven't made the move yet. I want a nice one with many of the whistles. I will need a big screen cause my eyes are not good anymore.
