I am cooking the same dinner I had yesterday.

I decided to begin a real diet now that I´m again suffering from my IBS. I´ll kill 2 birds with one stone: I´ll cook healthy food for my colon (no spices) and I will not eat what I shouldn´t for my prediabetic stuff (which is really diabetes with another name. I will have the same soup I had last night. It was delicious and if I don´t get well with all this, I´ll have to go to a doctor. Unfortunatly, in February all doctors are on vacations. After I send this post, I have to add a halved potato and a handful of rice. The meat (very lean) is cooking with a carrot. I almost added green beans but I didn´t dare. What will you have for dinner? I mean besides the thousand snacks

We had a lovely roast rack of lamb with vegies and gravy. It was delicious.

I love lamb. But I eat it seldom because it is very expensive here.

@marguicha They had a special so we lashed out. It is expensive here too. We mostly have pork and chicken.

IBS is a pain, literally. One time a single, plain marshmallow sent my stomach into painful spasms. Hope you'll feel better soon.

We had fresh venison and steamed broccoli. It was yummy. No snacks for us!

I need to do some sort of detox diet as I'm feeling very lethargic lately and I know its related to the food I've been eating
