Hello, Gorgeous!
This is a greeting that makes many people smile. Some are just gorgeous to look at, while others really do seem to have a gorgeous personality if a personality could be called that.
No matter what someone looks like physically, everyone probably appreciates a pleasant greeting.
Do you have some in your life that appreciate greetings like this?

I don't know if it is safe for me to address any woman all of a sudden with that greeting without getting myself into trouble. They may wonder why I'm saying that now. I may have to stick with a friendly hello and a big smile.

It works on small children and pets too! Maybe on someone old enough to be your great grandmother. You know, someone not getting too many compliments these days.

Yes, myself.
I think everyone appreciates such a greeting. However, not everyone can take such a greeting as compliment. I'm horrible about taking compliments.

The tone of the voice might help. If it sounds sarcastic, oh, boy!

To me, it should at least let the person know you are happy to see them.

I'm not someone who likes them or gives them without being genuine at least.

It seems certain personality types really love hearing greetings like this, especially from those they love.

It is true that we like to be flattered a bit. That must just be part of being human!

LOL... what a great way to start your day. I think that I will greet hubby with a "hello gorgeous" tomorrow morning. That alone will be a surprise because I don't talk at all until I have had coffee!!

For me, it depends on who's giving the greeting. If my sister is saying it for laughs, then I don't mind. However, when I'm at work and it's a creeper customer who is saying it to me, then I get upset.

Some think so, but waiting to hear from those who think it is terrible!
