I do because with my job i dont have time to eat lunch. So I have a heavy breakfast, no lunch and a light dinner.

No. I usually have a bowl of cereal. Sometimes I will cook eggs for myself and my children, but we don't have anything else with them.

I like a hearty breakfast. If I eat a good breakfast then I don't get as hungery the rest of the day. I feel more alert and better equiped for the day
