Goat's milk is better @LadyDuck . If people were to drink 'real' cows milk there wouldn't be a problem. It is the processing that is the main problem.

I think that is really silly. Eggshells are not food and therefore do absolutely nothing beneficial. But that's just my opinion. I do not know of any scientific studies on the subject.

@1hopefulman - I remember reading a book by Dr A Vogel -he told that if someone can't get calcium for some reason, as many cannot afford to buy it, they could use a powder of egg shells mixed with dried nettles to get minerals.. Maybe some of your elderly friends have his book about nature as a healer (not sure of the name of the book)

@buenavida Sorry, but it doesn't make any sense to me. I have searched for some science on the matter and found none. I will not eat eggshells. I don't even eat eggs or milk as I don't think they are healthy.

@syeow1 I saw the video but I noticed that there is no one that came back and said that their osteoporosis healed because of the egg shells. If something worked people would come on and post the positive results. I am not convinced at all.

I would not eat any egg shells. You can take a calcium pill and that will help.
