Which, in Spanish, means "Coast of the Sun" or "Sun Coast" is a region in the south of Spain, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, comprising the coastal towns and communities along the coastline of the Province of Málaga. Another great postcard has arrived in the shape of a FOUR LEAF CLOVER - apt to send to an Irish girl down under in Africa!! This one is my favourite shape!! I remember when cruising in the Mediterranean, I bought myself some "flip-flops" with the Logo "Del Sol" - Bright Pink in fact and they turn brighter when walking in the sun - just love it that I am getting a little bit of the Fabulous Spanish sunshine sent to me weekly! What magnificent Beaches the Spanish coastline has to offer!! Thanks Barry, I do hope you are feeling a lot better and that the new trip is already planned. @Asylum My window to the world is through your eyes . . . . dont blink! Happy Hump day everyone, I am about to leave for the Bowling greens . . . as you know, everyday ending in a Y is a bowling day!

@Asylum This is the best thing to order at a café in Spain. Do you see the photos Barry? I see nothing except the thumbnails.

I see that you could not upload an image, but of course I do know which postcard this is. They were on sale in Torremolinos and I recall my surprise when I came across these postcards. I agree that it is a very unusual shape.

Another lovely card. Good luck with the bowling. Ours was cancelled last Friday because of the rain but it's on again this week.

we have had 100ml of rain in the last week and our greens are quite squidgy - it looks like rain again today, so if it persists they might cancel bowls so that the Greens dont get damaged

@Inlemay I don't know that the rain is a worry with the artificial turf. Just that most of us aren't keen enough to want to play in the rain.

Andalucia is a beautiful region of Spain. Many Brits only get to the seaside but there are superb inland places like Seville, cordoba, Ronda and Granada with the Alhambra palace. I love this region of Spain.
